Senior Financial Analyst
CurrentFinancial Analysis and Reporting:Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to inform strategic decision-making.Prepare and deliver financial reports, including variance analyses and trend assessments, to senior leadership and stakeholders.Contribute to the development of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial strategies.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure financial practices adhere to healthcare regulations and established financial standards.Assist in creating and enforcing policies to mitigate financial risks.Support internal audit processes and coordinate with external auditors as needed.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure alignment of financial and operational objectives.Serve as the primary financial liaison, fostering clear communication between finance and other departments.Engage with external stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and community partners, to ensure transparency and alignment.Cost Management and Efficiency:Identify and champion cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies across residential facilities.Monitor healthcare costs to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining quality care.Assist in optimizing revenue cycle management, maximizing reimbursements, and minimizing bad debt.Operational Financial Support:Collaborate closely with the Operations Partner to integrate financial strategies with operational goals.Provide financial analysis and insights to support data-driven decision-making in operations.Participate in regular reviews with the Operations Partner to assess financial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop joint initiatives.Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational budgets, adjusting strategies as necessary.Support resource management to meet both financial and operational targets efficiently.
