• Planning of manufacturing order with planning software support (SWB)• Preparing weekly capacity request meeting, timely update production the demand supply situation. Manage lead time and improve delivery and lead time.• Fine planning and optimization of the supply plan considering short-term upcoming problems and prioritization of bottlenecks.• Determination of delivery options for customer project requests including effects on current supply plan in case of prioritization.• Tracking of schedule realization by production and support for counter measures in case of delays.• Execute maintenance of critical planning parameters.• Manage NPI / EoL products based on ECN announcement.• Confirmation of new orders towards sales / distribution centres interfaces.• Prepare and report planning relevant KPI’s within shop floor management.• Identify issues in the supply chain and propose action plans to avoid delivery problems.• Responsible to analyse and report on exceptions to drive towards efficiency and effectiveness, as part of the review process for continuous improvement actions.• Maintain proactive communications within Supply Chain contacts to gain timely feedback on performance.

• Responsible for planning and scheduling the flavor production to meet customer’s sales requirements.• Ensure production priority is given to New Win/BTR and Forecasted customer orders.• Ensure the lead time from order receipt till shipment out is within the KPI of Supply Chain.• Perform order confirmation in given promptly manner and abiding to the SLA agreement.• Close coordination with Raw material planners, Customer Service, production and QC for urgent production orders to meet customer ETD.• Ensure FG and intermediates are at a healthy stock level.• Ensure sufficient raw materials for production to produce before releasing order.• Liaise closely with internal to resolve planning issues and share best practices on planning processes.

• Responsible for scheduling the fragrance production to meet customer’s sales requirements.• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered as per agreed schedule.• Assist in customer orders fulfillment report.• Handle all enquiries from customers on order and delivery status. • MPS (Master production scheduling) report analysis• Plan intermediates and final products production schedule based on raw material availability (from Material Management) and machine availability to meet customer’s requirement sales orders.• Plan Production schedule to meet customer sample request and certificate application• Creating, committing, printing and closing of Work Orders for both fragrance and flavor.• Distributing Daily Production Schedules• Intermediate & final product sample process for Fragrance R&D• Collect data for monthly report• Prepare reports for government sectors, ie. Export - Statistics of Department • To carry out any additional job-related duties which the Management may assign from time to time, when and where necessary

• Production-planning supervision, scheduling for production, preparing production schedules for manufacturing of industrial or commercial products.• Making sure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders• Planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.• Planning sequence of assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.• Determining the status of assigned projects, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.• May also prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.• Analyzes and interprets construction bills of material, scopes, specifications, etc., to determine the content & plan manageable work elements.• Prepares defined work packages, including detailed instructions, drawings, bills of material, references, inspection requirements, etc., to initiate and control production work.• Monitors, analyzes & reports performance to schedule of production & production support activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.• Coordinates & expedites the placement of purchase orders and/or delivery of material.
