A strategic thinker and motivating creative manager with broad experience, I led creative direction for the haircare and skincare divisions of Arc Worldwide’s Procter & Gamble account. Specifically, I oversaw all work for Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Herbal Essences and Olay – among the world’s leading brands. Under my guidance, the team was responsible for conceiving comprehensive shopper-marketing programs and flawlessly executing against all crucial consumer touchpoints. My expertise enabled me to bring dynamic leadership to development of innovative marketing ideas across numerous disciplines: shopper marketing, promotion, direct and advertising. I joined Arc (through its precursor company, Frankel) in 1991 as a Creative Supervisor on the Visa account, where I leveraged entertainment and sports sponsorships on Visa direct and POP programs. I also created promotional, retail or advertorial campaigns for United Airlines, Kodak and Compaq. In addition, I led nationally recognized efforts for Tropicana, Nestlé Baking & Beverages and Nuveen Investments. Prior to joining Arc, I developed direct marketing at Ogilvy & Mather Direct for clients that included American Express, Sears, Encyclopædia Britannica and NutraSweet.
