This position is responsible for the overall Electrical Casting/wind energy Sales in China including: -Develop and implement annual sales plans with regular updates and adjustments to meet business objectives. -Provide accountability for sales volume and gross sales through contribution margin as well as account receivables management. -Accountable for routine sales activities such as pricing and volume, sales agreements, customer negotiations, account planning and strategic development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. -Provide best sales forecasts in a timely manner , monitor inventory of related product together with supply chain -Distribution Management

Current job’s essential duties and responsibilities are as following: -Maximizing revenue, focusing on generating new business across our Wire and Cable and Non-Wire and Cable applications. -Identify new business opportunities, maintaining key relationships and negotiating and closing business deals. -Follow & strictly apply pricing policy in target regions. Proactively ensure that all pricing is aligned to business strategy, -To Co-ordinate the new product introduction with marketing, product management. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients -Identify and gain customer approval on news stories, case studies and photos -Establish a linkage between the customer’s business strategy and company’s capabilities. -Monitor the competition to better understand issues and threats and develop plans to eliminate barriers. -Communicate regularly and broadly. Ensure smooth transitions to regional sales, customer service, global partners and manufacturing.

Current job is responsible for engineering plastic sales, major responsibilities are as below: -Sales: quotation, customer visit, promoting, technical and commercial negotiation, enhance customer relationship, make accurate sales forecast, order planning and other sales activities -Marketing: market analysis, developing new customer, build relationship with important firms and other marketing activities -Technical Service: provide processing guidelines to customer, attend trial run, solve quality complaint and other after sales service -Reports and documentation: Submit weekly report, sale forecast, visiting report to sales manager in a timely manner -Others: cooperate internally (colleagues) and externally (supplier) to make smooth order and delivery processing, and complete other tasks
