  • Mass Production Verification and Mechanism Research of Medium/High Supplementation Cathode Pre-lithiation for LFP Batteries (DFSS-BB Project):Conducted systematic mechanism research and experimental design, optimized the preparation of lithium supplementation materials, developed schemes and established technical standards. Designed cell structures, performed tests and data analysis on electrical performance, gas generation, and SEI composition, etc. Regularly reported progress to director and CTO. The project has achieved TRL 3 in July. • Optimization of Cathode Lithium Supplementation Plate Structure for LFP Batteries: Conducted performance testing and analysis on various platforms including pouch cells, VDAs, and blade batteries. Collaborated with the process engineering sector to ensure smooth production line handover. Successfully lowered DCIR in lithium supplementation batteries by over 10% at room temperature and more than 30% at low temperatures, while consistently maintaining maximum battery capacity and stable gas production.• Determination of Cathode Lithium Supplementation Plate Storage Condition Control Standards:Conducted various tests and analysis under different storage conditions on relevant plates and cells. Explored failure boundaries and implemented measures to improve the overall yield of mass-produced lithium supplementation cells.
