- Participate in every aspect of the informationization management in the company include the planning、budget、cost、institutional improvement etc.., especial in project management of information systems and internal custom service.- Define the internal client’s requirements within the context of their business. Assess the opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of a potential solution of information system such as OA,ERP,E-HR and BI in the construction industry.- Define project scope, estimate time, cost, and resources requirements. Assess project risk, develop risk mitigation strategies, manage all aspect of implementation of projects.- Estimate, plan, and manage the work of subcontractors and other external project resources. Develop and manage subcontracting agreements. - Gather and use information needed to develop effective solutions to difficult problems or situations. Provide timely guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge and skill areas needed to accomplish the project or solve a problem.- Guide the activities of the project group toward a desired result. Drive consensus and team ownership of decisions

- Build the information system technical support team and to be the manager of the team in business and routine include the budget、cost、work performance etc..- Lead the team to accomplish the implementation and service of the information system projects in Beijing Electric Power Corporation and its subsidiary companies; improve the standards and regulations of the servicesconstantly according to ITIL.- Participate in the pre-sales process of the information system projects toward a desired result.- Participate in quality system building and improvement according to ISO9001 and CMMI3.

- Participate in the pre-sales process of the MIS or GIS projects and define theclient’s requirements within the context of their business in Xiaogan Planning Bureaus, Xianning Planning Bureaus, Dongying Planning Bureaus,Urumqi Statistics Bureau etc.- Accomplish the implementation of the projects and assist the developer and tester in the programme development and testing.- Gather and use information to develop effective solutions to difficult problems or situations.- Supervise the team membersto accomplish the project or solve problems
