 To develop and manage all capital market products and premium client propositions relevant to business clients by embracing the product life cycle concept in product management, monitoring clients feedbacks on product performance, collaborating with all business partners of PBC China, especially CMS, Private Banking and proactive supports to front line Business Banking sales force, resulting in the achievement of operational, business and financial targets for the products. Regularly collect and update new commercial product initiatives by collecting and reporting key competitors’ offerings. Develop, implement and drive product related marketing campaigns
