I am currently a Product Manager at VMware in charge of Workspace ONE Intelligence Data Platform solution. I am working on building Intelligence as a trusted data platform that aggregate and visualize data to illuminate the unknown. It becomes a central place for customers to perform reporting, automation, dashboard building, experience analysis and improvement. I have deep knowledge and rich experience in End User Computing, Enterprise Mobility and Authentication.Previously as a Sr Consultant, I have led many critical customer engagements successfully and developed strong skills in customer empathy, problem identification, solution design, technical implementation, user testing and stakeholder management. I have enjoyed mentoring other consultants and led developing team training sessions. I hold the Professional Certificate in Product Management from Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University.
