Water Environment Engineer/Project manger/Technical supervisorMr. Chen obtained PhD degree of Environmental Science from Okayama University in Japan. Since joined DHI China in 2010, he has been responsible for consulting service on water conservation and environment. His key qualifications include water resources, water environmental and ecological mechanism as well as relevant mathematical modelling. He has extensive expertise and experience in aspects of water quality simulation in river basins, pollution load evaluation and comprehensive water environment management system development. As a senior project management and technical adviser, Dr. Chen has been involved in many national key projects (such as projects of EU-China River Basin Management Program and Major S&T Program for Water Pollution Control and Treatment) to provide system solution for an enhanced water quantity/quality forecast and management which has reliably improved the local water environment comprehensive management capacity.
