We are committed to delivering a secure and compliant trading experience as we finalize our licensing process.EX.IO is backed by notable investors, including Vulable Capital (Vbrokers), Longling Capital led by Web3 angel investor Cai Wensheng, and Vcredit (Hong Kong Stock Code: 2003), a publicly listed fintech company. - Deal origination and distribution.- Customized advisory on all offshore financing/debt management demands for issuers, including but not limited to asset-backed financing, private credit financing, convertible bond financing, and exchange offer financing. Completed some signature projects by leveraging my cross-product skills.- Cross-sales for all kinds of financial products. Personal contributes around 1/3 revenue of the department.- Team management. As the key management person of the 30 ppl department, covers interanl governance, project management, risk recognition and management on both primary and secondary desks.

- Plan and manage all fund raising tasks for the company and the parent company, Jiangxi Financial Holding Group Co. LTD., including onshore, offshore and cross-border tasks.- Manage relationships with all Hong Kong financial institutions.- Deal sourcing for the company's investment pipeline building.

 Fund Raising and Management.- Responsible to Group’s overseas fund raising and management. Design, execute and adjust the funding budget. Utilized almost all debt and equity products and channels in HK market. The financing capability of my six ppl team has reached to ~USD4.2b p.a.- Successful capital market experience (Project leader and Roadshow presenter): 1) in charge of the USD High Yield bonds issuance since the debut in 2014. Currently completed U$2.63b, with nice cost control. 2) ~USD 1b new shares/share-linked issuance/placement since May 2015 for two ListCos. Investment management. - Investment portfolio management. 1) Sourcing, shortlisting and managing the targeted primary and secondary projects; 2) Evaluate and optimize asset allocations, in terms of rates of liquidity, EBITDA coverage, etc. 3) Set-up the fix-income portfolio (ard USD300m), with a WACC return of 8%.- M&A: Hutchison Harbour Ring (0715.HK) (closed in Dec 2014), Quam (0952.HK) (closed in Jan 2017).- Achieved 6 times increase on share price, through a combination of tactics in asset restructure, fine-tune investment story, roadshow, and coverage publish. Investor Relations (FI relations maintenance). (Head of IR)- Through communicating with the rating agency on the short-term outlook and financials interpretation, guiding them to a positive attitude towards the corporation, the corporate rating was 1 level up upgraded in 4 month under my efforts.- In charge of writing the Chapter of the Chairman Statement in financial reports.- Internal research. Monitor, analyze and forecast the volatility of the stock price, propose the resolutions if need. (Meta-)analysis all reports of the company. Routinely submit report and advisories to the management.- Design and execute the yearly IR/PR plan. Business Development. Explore and pitch clients, tailor-making services for each new client, i.e. yearly or project-based IR&PR plans.Market Research. Periodically conducting researches on capital market, in terms of the latest investment atmosphere of different industries. Our purpose is to keep our clients updated about the investors' opinions toward them. Our study scope includes industrial news, (meta-)analysis of research reports, and updates of benchmark companies.Manage contracts and quotations for all of the clients and projects.Maintain relationships with all the existed and potential clients, banks, vendors, etc.
