Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues. Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause moderate inconvenience and expense.

Working with Sales & marketing team on element design, develop or recommend appropriate product to support business growth year after year. In another hand, working close with global team to develop new products for Industrial application, Lead the local project team in rigorously adhering to the NPI design process. Drive risk mitigation activities for assigned projects. Drive quality and on-time-delivery of assigned projects.

Dedicated on Metal element design no matter used for industrial or Food and beverage, be interest and experience on disposal element for Lubricate & hydraulic filtration. Support global NPI project as well as new product development($10M/year)

Focus on Metal element design work for Polymer filtration, almost 8 years experience of design and manufacturing, good communicate with local and oversea team, to make sure product keep same quality and design rules globally.
