1. Responsible for the hiring procedures, screening of candidates, coordinating interviews. Have outstanding experience about staff development management.2. Introduce company's first HRMS, summarize and analyze attendance, leave and OT data; Handle the process of on boarding and leaving.3. Apply for work permit; appraise injury accident, carry out medical plan for all the staff including foreign colleagues.4. Assist managers with the orientation training, language education and professional skill training; evaluate and analysis the training result; teach employees new and more efficient ways to perform their jobs.5. Develop and implement monthly budget plan of the department; organize monthly team building and annual party; evaluated processes to improve employee morale6. Manage operations including inventory control, purchasing stationery and equipment, booking hotel and flights, etc.
