1.Handling crewing claims independently, contact with insurer/owner/agent/crew manager overseas, prepare report and report to marine manager if needed.2. Assist marine manager for cargo, other P&I and H&M claim. Prepare report, claim form and contact with various parties for collecting vouchers and making claim report.3. Maintain in-house claim reports, prepare claim statistics requested by owner and managers.4. Prepare and report for vessel war risk/high risk transiting report. 5. Apply for all vessel’s marine certificates, and maintain the vessel’s certificate files.6. Arrange for premium payments on behalf of owner.7. Guide the claim officer if so needed.

Job Description: 1. Acting as crewing representation to attend company's daily management meeting.2. Follow up with emergency response team to cater for crewing matter.3. In charge of crewing insurance claim, to follow up with every concerned party and monitor condition after repatriation.4. Contact with various nations’ seafarer union for renewal of related agreement, GC, to clarify terms in CA, crew's entitlement and company's responsibility.5. Budget control, to monitor for crew's pay structure, and current market pay level6. To revise crew contract in compliance with JSU, JSU-PSU, POEA and local law.7. Assist to update crewing shipboard manual, tailored it to be applicable for actual practice.8. To monitor union, flag state, ILO crewing related circular.9. In charge of crew’s full-set license, ensure in compliance with STCW, flag state requirement, monitor onboard crew license validity periodically.10. In charge of crew change plan, to initiate plan, recruit from manning agent, assist to select, negotiate, contact with related agent, and deploy crew to vessel.11. To assist in crew's performance management.12. To prepare crew's payroll information sheet (PIS), assist in crewing account matters.13. To propose to shipowner for senior officer change plan and assist to negotiate further.14. Assist to follow up and deal with onboard crewing issue, like crewing welfare, medical, grievance. 15. Other paperwork and miscellaneous.
