I joined the company during the preparatory period and was responsible for several areas suchas IT planning, application system architecture and development, project management, IT governance, budget management and control, infrastructure and information security in past over 9 years, improving the professionalism and execution efficiency of multiple IT teams. I led a team having 44 members (8 staffs and 36 outsourcing people), reporting directly to the general manager of the IT department.  Support IT head to make IT plan for 3-5 years from the aspects of business development, system construction, budget control, manpower allocation, team management, etc., and revise the IT plan regularly.  Development team is mainly responsible for the development, maintenance and architecture optimization of Life Core System, EBS, POSA, AML, Mobile App for Sales platform, HEC, Capital Management System, Audit System, Reinsurance system, Investment systems, VMS, OA, e-HR, Asset Management System and Online training system, etc.  IT compliance and requirement team mainly focus on: requirement analysis and management; designation and optimization of IT policies and procedures; management of IT budget, procurement, contract, asset and vendor management; supporting of IT audit; Management of major projects; support for IT management committee.  Infrastructure mainly focus on the deployments, log analysis, inspection and monitoring of company-wide network equipment, security equipment, domains, mail systems, Internet behavior, VPN, middleware, databases, AIX, PC servers, storage, tape libraries, backup systems.  Information security team mainly focus on security evaluation of IT systems periodically; training of IT security; implementation and maintenance of IT security projects, etc.  Implemented series of projects on preparatory stage and ensure company opening smoothly. Coordinated IT resources and supported the opening of branches
