Farm Inspector (Senior Executive)
CurrentResponsible for various SFA’s food establishment licences (not limited to food safety, risk assessment, document processing, site visits and improved stakeholder relations).• Appointed Workplace Safety and Health Safety (WSH) rep for SFA livestock and food fish farm team. Comprising of 4 domains (Ruminant, Poultry, land base and coastal base Food fish). • Concerning the company's safety framework and WSH policy, I derive and develop the following for my team: - To carry out risk assessment for the team and prepare risk register;- Mitigate identified hazards through hazard analysis. Resulting in the identification, reduction and removal of 20+ safety issues;- Conduct routine checks on work activities to Identify safety lapses from teammates while performing their routine activities;- Conducted inspection of equipment and maintenance per industrial standards;- Conduct safety inductions and orientations;- Promote safety awareness by conducting safety training activities, designing posters, encourage online risk reporting, and ensuring safety-related issues were addressed;- Report to our WSH champions and Team Leader (TL) for any safety-related matters and constantly follow the latest safety updates; and- Conduct Investigate safety lapses and present to TL and management.
