• Assist the Store Manager with all facets of store management, including optimizing sales processes, customer services, managing employee performance, & overseeing inventory control.• Partner in creating & executing strategic plans to achieve sales goals & drive revenue growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.• Interview & hire new employees as well as provide training & guidance.• Oversee inventory management practices, conduct regular stock audits, & implement loss prevention strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and reduce shrinkage. • Manage payroll processing within budgetary constraints, create & adjust schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak periods & handle additional administrative tasks as required.
