Aspiring, Attentive, and Adaptable. In all I do, I aspire to be the best that I can. I set a high standard for myself and am highly motivated to reach my goals. Throughout my academic and short professional career, I have found that by holding myself to these standards, I am able to position myself to take tangible steps to reach these goals. In the instances where I fall short of my goals, I am able to reflect and assess how my actions led to the result and what actions should be taken to ensure success next time.I am very attentive to my actions, and I am intentional about pushing myself and putting myself in a position to succeed. I am also attentive to my surroundings. I see how small tasks and actions fit into big-picture goals. This allows me to have confidence in the importance and impact of my work. I am also very attentive to others. I take note of my teammates' strengths, weakness and needs. I have found that I can learn a lot from observing those who are more knowledgeable than me. I believe my attentiveness also allows me to work well with others. I am very ambitious while at the same time lighthearted. My adaptability is perhaps my most defining trait. In a world that is always changing, I believe my adaptability gives me a competitive edge. I am a quick learner and a skilled problem solver. I pick up new skills and ideas quickly. This allows me to dive into deeper-level questions and ideas. I have learned and practiced adapting to a variety of different environments.
