I joined Paycor in 2015 after the successful acquisition of Newton Software, and during my tenure at Paycor I held a number of roles. In those roles, I was responsible for Implementation, Customer Success and Support for the Onboarding, Applicant Tracking, Learning Management and Expense Management platforms. I defined and implemented processes to help scale multiple businesses, leading teams and managing customer escalations. Additionally, I worked on numerous strategic projects partnering with product, finance and legal leaders as well as spearheading the opening and establishment of a new remote office.

Newton was a leading Applicant Tracking System [ATS] for small and medium-sized employers [50-2500 employees] before being acquired by Paycor in December 2015. As the first, non-founding employee hired, I was recruited by the co-founders of Newton to assume responsibility for the unparalleled success of our customers. As the Vice President of Customer Success I was personally responsible for hiring and managing Newton's Implementation, Customer Success and Support Teams. Additionally, I also assumed responsibility for all customer training initiatives and was the executive level contact for managing technical issues with all 3rd party integration partners. I was also heavily involved in Operations and was directly responsible for driving hiring across several departments company-wide.

Gravity Technologies, Inc. owned and operated autonomous businesses in the talent acquisition industry. Gravity Technologies was ranked as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the Bay Area in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 by the SF Business Times. During my 7+ year tenure I was promoted four times.While at Gravity I held a number of different roles from individual contributor to Vice President of Services. I co-founded Newton's Recruitment Process Outsourcing [RPO] model which provided exceptional outsourced recruiting programs for Bay Area start-ups. I was responsible for helping to define our RPO model and for hiring, onboarding, training and managing a team of 30 consultants. Additionally, I also played the role of Client Partner and managed all executive level relationships.

MarketSoft at the time was considered a leading provider of Sales and Marketing automation software before being acquired by Unica Corporation [NASDAQ: UNCA] in 2006 which was subsequently acquired by IBM in October 2010. During my 5+ year tenure I held multiple titles and was promoted three times.Hired as the first professional services consultant my job was to be the day-to-day client facing implementation resource for all client engagements. I was responsible for capturing client requirements, designing, configuring and implementing client solutions that worked effectively and that integrated seamlessly. I spent much of my time on client site deploying MarketSoft's on-premise platform into existing systems. The technologies I used mainly were HTML, JavaScript, SQL, XML in both Windows / UNIX environments. After my first year, I was asked by Marketsoft's management team to relocate to San Francisco to help build a sales and services office to support our west coast clients. I became the principal technical implementation resource and was extensively involved in the sales process with new clients addressing questions and concerns about our product's capability.

As one of The MathWorks first 150 employees I was hired into the International department as a business and systems analyst. At the time, the International department supported the sales and fulfillment of MathWork's software to International customers through an integrated network of global distributors and re-sellers. My job was to work on various Operational projects which increased the amount of revenue we could recognize while enabling our International Channel of distributors and re-sellers to become more self-sufficient and ultimately profitable.
