Transition Manager
Program manager in charge of global ITO account - IT Data Center Transformation Programs with Deutsche Bank for the two regional hubs - Singapore and Hong Kong.• Planning and managing the programs of setting up new data centers, building the private cloud platforms, migrating from the legacy data centers to the new data centers. • Managing the procurement of the network devices, the servers, the DWDM circuits and the network management appliances, and vendor management. • Managing the program budget. • Managing the technical design on the circuits, logical and physical network design, and DC design.• Managing the Release, Change, Security, Service Requests processes in the bank to support the project delivery. • Managing the Telco's to build the telecommunications circuits for WAN, MAN, global backbone network and Inter-DC connectivity. Transition Program Manager for ITO Managed Service contracts • Manage the transition program throughout the transition life cycle - transition initiation, service definition, service design, service build, and service deployment to transition closure.• Manage the transition financials.• Design, build and deploy the ITIL supporting process and the IT Service Management tools, covering the whole IT service life cycle - service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation and service continual improvement.
