Procurement:• Purchasing goods and services locally and internationally.• Manage inventory levels and total stock value.• Purchase items for customers.• Purchase raw material and components for our machineshop/workshop.• Receipt all inventory into the system.• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.• Communicate and follow up with suppliers on purchaseorders.Logistics:• Arrange international shipments with freight forwarders.• Arrange freight with local freight companies.• Communicate with freight companies and freight forwarders.Stores supervisor:• Manage a team of store people and delegate tasks.• Maintain periodic stock take of inventory.• Administration and processing of all internally manufactureditems into the system.• Oversee stores and store processes.

• Process goods inwards and allocate the stock to: inventory,customers, machine shop.• Pack inventory items into their allocated area.• Load and offload heavy items with a forklift.• Pick, pack and dispatch items for customers.• Process dispatched items through the system with all requireddetails.• Pick and allocate components/raw material to the machineshop for production of manufactured items.• Do a periodic stock take.

• Quoting and invoicing customers.• Taking phone calls and managing emails.• Filing of all paperwork.• Creating purchase orders.• Entering all financial data into Quickbooks• Issuing statements to customers.• Arranging freight for goods inwards and outwards.• Arranging meetings with customers and taking meetingminutes.• Catering to walk in customers
