- Play as internal contact window to get the requirement about due date and sample from customer.- Kick-off meeting, prepare the project schedule and clear each team member’s goal.- Responsible for sample builds and to assure that product design, manufacturing, assembly and other problems are detected at the earliest stages of the product development cycle.- Held weekly meeting to track the project status, escalation if necessary.- Supervise and collect the documents such as production documents and quantity documents.- Responsible for the EC, such as Ford B515 and Nissan X12K;- Responsible for the customer audit, lead the quality audit of Mazda J03K WSS and MMC 4P00 WSS, support the audit of Ford U375 ABS and AT.
