Chen Feng is now with WaterTech Group as a Deputy COO, responsible for planning and executing the Engineering, Operations and Maintenance part of the Group’s business operations, as well as leading in project development in support of the Group’s asset-management business in China, Singapore and other ASEAN countries. He is also the General Manager of SGP Managers & Engineers Pte Ltd, a wholly own subsidiary of WaterTech Group, responsible to formulate, review and execute growth and evolution plans, prepare management reports, set and maintain budgets.He has extensive experience in many environmental and infrastructure projects related to water resource management, water and wastewater treatment and reclamation, waste-to-energy, hazardous waste management.In his previous portfolio in Black & Veatch's global water business, Chen has worked on projects across U.S., Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore. He has played the lead process engineer role in many flagship projects together with the Public Utilities Board, including the Tuas II Desalination Plant, Sembcorp NEWater Plant, Lower Seletar Waterworks, Jurong MBR Plant, and Changi WRP Expansion Works.
