• Oversee daily operations, including sales operations from lead generation to order fulfillment to payment collection, sales performance analysis, and supply chain management, tender and commercial policy, channel development and management, CRM and ERP implementation.• Develop and implement organizational vision and operational strategies, translating them into actionable growth plans. • Delivered financing package for end customers and Chinese EPC contractors including ECA export credits, project financing, equity investment etc. • Manage key account of three Chinese EPC contractors (Powerchina, Gezhouba and China Three Gorges) in Africa local offices and China headquarters; • Facilitated one strategic global framework agreement with Chinese customer, witnessed by German PM Angela Merkel and Chinese PM Li Keqiang at G20

• Local representative in Ethiopia, responsible for managing technical and commercial conditions of Great Millennium project (contract volume over 100M$) between customer and VHS PM team;• Main achievement demonstrated through the release of down payment from customer (1M$) and the issue of letter of credit(100M$) from Commercial Bank of Ethiopia;• Manage approximately 15 local stakeholders such as power developers, civil partners, suppliers and grow customer base through networking, referrals, and sales presentations.

• Establish a sales representative office in Beijing in order to develop relationship and provide customer service with new and existing customers located in Beijing, such as Powerchina, State Grid • Customer visits including developers, EPC contractors and design institute are made more than 200 days per year; High-level executive meeting between Voith Hydro and Chinese customers in Beijing are arranged quarterly;

• Achieve around 350M$ total contract amount generated from overseas projects in Ethiopia, Pakistan and Thailand through team work;• Lead the complete offer building for Zungeru project (55M$) and participation in more than ten overseas offers;• Development of international sales and project strategies in international markets e.g. SEA, Africa and South America;
