- Contributed to the project management of the Venetian Arena Upgrade Project. The project is a fast track project worth of 130 million USD and TBG have successfully completed it within 10 months time- Led the design and construction management of all seating works, including retractable, VIP, and fixed seating, as well as signage works for the arena upgrade project. Oversaw all phases of the endeavour, from the design of seating and signage to off-site fabrication and on-site installation.- Collaborated with project managers and engineers on demolition, structural, and fit-out works, which were integral to the project scope. Monitored site progress, conducted quality checks, and carried out inspections with consultants.- Facilitated and hosted weekly design workshops with the consulting team and client's design team to ensure on-site issues can be addressed and resolved promptly to avoid any delays, as well as actively participated in the project’s weekly progress meetings with all relevant stakeholders.- Contributed to site management, including: - Oversaw and managed construction site operations via effective coordination with subcontractors. Conducted site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with local regulations, the International Building Code (IBC), and project-specific standards. - Monitored and managed site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize productivity and present progress reports to higher management, highlighting key achievements and challenges. - Prepared, reviewed and submitted construction documents such as shop drawings, material submissions, methods statements, FRI forms, test reports, inspection forms, etc.

- Liaised with project manager and senior civil engineers on various construction projects including bridges, elevated walkways, roadways and drainage systems and facilitated in the management of the projects.- Coordinated with project owner, architects and consultants on construction administration, including the submission and approval of documents.- Generated more than 300 shop drawings and as-built drawings in total as well as reviewed drawings submitted by subcontractors.- Reviewed drawings and specifications to identify missing information, generated questions and recommendations via RFIs and method statements.- Communicated with superintendent and foremen about design requirements and changes as well as scheduled quality inspections with site personnel.- Facilitated in construction material procurement through preparing material submittals, conducting materials takeoffs and performing materials tracking.- Performed structural design on steel and concrete structures including glass members via modelling software (SAP2000) and structural calculation.

- Optimized the user interface of campus recruitment system by collecting and analyzing feedbacks from internal users.- Analyzed past recruitment exams with over 500 candidates and determined the practicality of the exam questions through investigating the correlation between exam results and successful recruitments.
