Lumentum Operations LLC (LITE), Mfg Product Feb. 2018 – Present Engineer Staff/Operation PM/Product Engineer New technology introduction, Foundry Operation -Communicate between foundry and LITE NPI team for new technology development. -Implement new tool, work with LITE NPI team, foundry, and machine vendor to move in the tool, build the recipe and setup the data transfer flow. (NSP), Product Planning and Engineering Oct. 2011 – Feb. 2018 Section Manager/Product Engineer/R&D Engineer Team management, New Product Introduction, Product Management -Lead NSP Product Planning and Engineering department with 6 engineers, work closely with R&D, Sales team and manufacture Fab to smooth the new product introduction and mass production ramp up. -Established the product development procedure in NSP to have a robust flow to develop new product with consideration on -Work with R&D team to arrange the development resource to shorten the development cycle to 80%. Accomplishments in NSP -Support 3~5 different customers product line. Work closely with Sales and R&D to provide the dedicated product for each customer. -Provide the on-customer-site support. With a time-critical schedule (3~5 days), to provide customer an acceptable process window and a suitable product for production.
