Prepared low-MW functionalized PIB and monitored its initiation and propagation kinetics utilizing in situ infrared (IR) spectroscopy.5. Characterized polymers and intermediates with NMR, and MS techniques (MALDI and ESI).6. Collaborated with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, USDA, and Université de Bordeaux.
