My role was Linux System Admin working in the Global Networking Services team, maintaining the core Linux infrastructure and making sure that everything stays up running, my concentration was on- Installing and upgrading Linux system to ensure the host stable and avoid volubility.- Migrating ftp authentication from traditional plain text to LDAP, which avoid customers to have additional identity.- Maintaining and upgrading Mail system, enforce mail transferring security by adding PKI and DKIM- Migrating Single-Sign ON system from pubcookie to Webauth to enforce our IT infrastructure security. - Resolving the problem for network users, which provides excellent customer service.
