CurrentProduction management, analysis battle neck stations, planning how to do will meet the goal of production schedule daily, report to factory morning meeting, coordinate machine maintenance, arrange machines configuration daily, arrange education and training staff, check tact time of technicians and UPH of machines per 4 hours and find out the reason which is out of specification.Manpower Project about automated manufacturing, because of REPR machines had changed to automatic, so try to change production mode from 9 peoples decrease to 6~7 peoples per class and setup up the rules about human-machine ratio.
