IM Flash SingaporeLead process integration owner in floating gate isolation module for 32GB 34nm NAND Flash Memory Technology. Main responsibility involved floating gate thickness, recess depth and inter-poly dielectric (IPD) optimization to achieve required programming speed and coupling performance.
