Head of Engineering Operations:I manage all engineering project and product management workstreams from 0 to 1, playing a key role in aligning organisational strategies and operational execution to ensure stability and excellence across the entire engineering team and beyond. I also personally oversee execution of Airfoil Engineering policies and practices through careful ops planning and execution of important initiatives aimed at internal and external process improvements, and methodising project management for all Engineering projects and other various initiatives meant to:- Foster a strong engineering culture and excellence- Strengthen psychological safety in the engineering team- Bridge and improve the developer-designer experience in cross-functional teams- Structualise hiring, firing, onboarding, offboarding, and other operational processes for Engineering- Promote craftsmanship and growth of fellow engineers- Foster collegiality between engineering colleagues and other cross-functional teams- Methodising engineering best practices across the teamHead of Project Management: I now have an additional charge of overseeing and driving organisation-wide strategic projects and initiatives for all teams beyond Engineering with a focus on process improvement and change management to improve operational challenges internally and externally working alongside executive leadership and other stakeholders.
