This inclination carried over into my volunteer work at a thrift shop during my undergraduate years, where I discovered the transformative power of technology in organizing and optimizing operations. This experience not only ignited my passion for software engineering but also solidified my belief in using technology to benefit others. Driven by this dream, I pursued and earned a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
