About Han Chen

Han Chen has over 10 years working experience in the life insurance industry. He has deep understanding on life insurance company business model, product designs and valuation, risk management, regulation, capital management and other corporate finance aspects. Han is currently the Head of Enterprise FP&A at Global Atlantic Financial Group, and help to build out the next generation financial modeling and analytics capabilities for strategic decision making. In Han’s time with Global Atlantic, he has also held positions in both CFO Office and Corporate Development, where he was involved with retail product strategy, financial analysis, and internal reinsurance deals structuring. Han used to work at Deloitte Consulting and Allianz. Han graduated from The University of Iowa with the Highest Distinction, and he holds double degrees on B.S Actuarial Science and B.S Mathematics. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), he is also a CFA charterholder.
