I am a final-year undergraduate at the Singapore Institute of Technology studying Air Transport Management, with an immense drive, curiosity and passion for all things aviation. I am constantly looking to improve and push myself in all aspects within and beyond the scope of aviation so as to broaden my horizons and to eventually make impactful contributions and add significant value to the industry.With a demonstrated history of working in service-centric settings - more specifically on the frontlines at the airport as a Changi Experience Ambassador - I am well-equipped with the soft skills (such as effective communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving and conflict resolution) required to instill high levels of satisfaction in the many travellers I encounter and to leave them with a positive lasting memory of their experience.Over the years, I have also had the privilege of being entrusted with multiple leadership appointments, from which I have honed strong leadership qualities like confidence, decisiveness and delegation as well as relevant synergistic attributes that make me an excellent team player such as adaptability and the ability to form robust and collaborative relationships through active listening and empowering others.I believe that my degree studies will holistically expose me to the intricacies of this vast industry by providing me with comprehensive theoretical knowledge, developing wide-ranging proficiencies across numerous disciplines and further refining my communication skills amongst other key areas of expertise so as to put me in the most ideal position to kickstart a future career in the dynamic world of aviation.
