Decreased direct labor cost 9.4% in three months via developing labor dispatch agent in Gansu province and Qinghai province by myself in quarter 1, 2018.(2) Import and install energy-saving types of equipment and sensors to decrease water and electricity fees. From February 2018, water and electricity fee will be decreased over 100,000 RMB each month.(3) Create extra-incoming for the company via activating idle assets and space.(4) Construct employee-training management system to monitor and manage life period of each course for staffs with automatic warning messages.(5) Successfully passed the Corporate Social Responsibility audit from key customers such as Huawei, Braun, GoPro, Microsoft, and Philips by my overall arrangement for EICC and EHS.
