- Transferred from Sea Group to its subsidiary, Shopee, to work as Technical Operations Engineer- Managed a few thousands of servers using Ansible- Incident tracking, documentation, and follow up- Infrastructure related operations: Linux OS, Cloud(Tencent/AWS) server provision and setup, network troubleshooting at OS level, security hardening, new IDC setup planning, LDAP management- Common Service related operations: Ceph, SMS, SMTP, CDN, JIRA/Confluence, Gitlab, Google API

- Experience in managing and maintaining all major Sea Group products such as Garena Platform, Airpay, GOP, etc. Maximum server count for a single product is a few hundreds- Designed and reviewed system architecture. Experience with building a high available and scalable system with LVS, Keepalived, Nginx- System monitoring/alerting with Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Influxdb- Linux(CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows system administration- Bash/Python/Ansible scripts for automation- CI/CD experience with Jenkins- Setup and maintained log collection system with ELK- Basic Relational DB experience such as MySQL- Basic NoSQL databases experience such as Redis and its HA setup (keepalived + Master-Slave). - Experience with Codis and memcached- Basic knowledge and usage of Docker- Sufficient network/hardware/OS related knowledge- Mentoring and team building of Sea Technical Operations team
