Learning And Development Executive
Current- Implementing comprehensive onboarding and systems training for all new employees- Delivering 3-month training programs to new consultants, blending classroom, desk-side, and workshop-based methods- Overseeing the growth and development of new consultants during their first three months- Conducting weekly reviews and setting performance metrics for new consultants- Providing continuous learning and development initiatives for Junior Consultants, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring- Developing and managing Learning and Development materials, tracking associated data, and providing feedback on consultant development- Facilitating training sessions to enhance overall business understanding and team collaboration- Implementing an employee feedback system for continuous improvement of training programs
