Good creativity needs strong practical perspectives. I'm lover of continuous learning, and devotee to the spirit of 'different'.On the creative spectrum, I'm an award nominated fashion designer that specialises in contemporary designs with my previous brands being stocked in boutique and department stores around the world. I also run a creative practice named 'h-ours' with various projects focusing on design independence, expression and bringing intersectional communities together (www.h-ours.com.au). Currently, i'm the founder and creative lead for Graedance, a demi-fine jewellery brand that aims to celebrate the grey area we occupy within our cultural binaries. On the other spectrum, I have consulted in strategy & planning, digital & traditional marketing, supply chain management, retail and business analysis for various small to large scale retail businesses. And my leadership roles have required me to develop a focused dedication to growth, process optimisation, and team development. In addition, with my past mentorship and teaching roles in marketing and entrepreneurship, I have reviewed and judged hundreds of startups across a multitude of industries - and my keen interest in startups continues to this day.
