    "Qingyun is China's leading cloud computing company. I led a 10-person team to build Qingyun's distributed cloud system from scratch. When I joined, the team lacked a product manager, and the project's future direction was unclear.I conducted research on products like Alibaba Cloud's Cloud Box and virtual network operators. Leading the team, I established a product core competency focused on resource reuse, aimed at helping users achieve light-asset operations and landed on a hybrid cloud model as the implementation form. We concentrated on solving the pain points of supercomputing clouds and produced a 10+ page product specification and a 15+ page sales guide for Qingyun's distributed cloud.I was responsible for the distributed cloud edge computing product, including product definition, requirement analysis, and product interaction design. I developed quarterly and annual product plans, coordinated resources across departments and within the team, and promoted product progress through a two-week iteration and quarterly release cycle.I represented Qingyun in the development of distributed cloud standards at China Academy of Information and Communications Technology. I integrated Qingyun Enterprise Cloud with YunYiJie products, building a new hybrid cloud form for Qingyun Enterprise Cloud. I successfully implemented 4+ distributed cloud projects, generating project revenue of over ten million RMB."

    I was responsible for product design of public cloud, private cloud management platforms, and edge CDN. I designed a quotation tool and a comparison tool for sales to facilitate sales simulation of user ordering environments and deduction of user discounts. I also designed a WeChat mini-program for edge CDN suppliers to submit device information.I was responsible for designing cloud product marketing campaigns. For example, I designed a "free host" acquisition campaign, achieving a daily UV of 5000+ on the landing page and a registration conversion rate of 50% through this landing page. I also built a host partner distribution system, with over 800 registered partners historically. This channel could expand over 80 new customers daily. Coins can be exchanged for physical gifts (pet supplies).I was responsible for the entire product gameplay design, including market research and competitive analysis, identifying market opportunities and gaps, and producing product requirement analysis documents, MRD documents, and product user manuals.I collaborated with operations partners to monitor DAU and MAU metrics and optimize product content materials to enhance user engagement and activity.

I classified and processed issuance data and synchronized data across time zones, achieving the reuse of different game operation functions and standardizing and improving the efficiency of issuance billing data.To address the challenges of the complexity of various product functions in the mid-platform, the large number of users, and the high time and energy costs associated with external guidance, I used UML diagrams, flowcharts, and schematic diagrams to organize and output 20+ pages of FAQs. This significantly reduced the understanding cost of using the game operation support system product. The product function consultation rate decreased by 70% compared to the month before the launch, promoting the construction of a complete product system.

I conducted a comparative analysis of their features and processes, and produced a 10+ page competitive analysis document. Based on the results, I optimized the platform navigation module and product labeling module, improving the usability of the features and enhancing user operating efficiency.I was responsible for product market validation and coordination. I assisted merchants in using the Meituan Flash Purchase middleware system and was responsible for statistics and analysis of problem data for 10+ key merchants. I tracked over 170 operational issues and over 20 requirements and bug issues. I produced a requirement priority document and designed a "Merchant Help Center" document based on FAQs, effectively improving merchants' self-service problem-solving efficiency. The repetition rate of historical operational issues decreased by 80% compared to the month before the launch.
