Spearheaded failure analysis for a recently released custom power silicon, improving wafer yield to above 97% through analysis of fab test data and adjustment of test parameters according to TI customer data sheet specifications.Coordinated cross-team efforts to diagnose design and test parameter issues that were causing production holds. Facilitated communication between both design and validation teams as well as overseas probe teams through efficient presentation of data and the setting of sequential achievable and specific action items.
