Dr. Chenman Wang earned her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia, alongside a Master's degree in Chemical Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from Hainan University, China. With diverse expertise spanning civil engineering and cement material science, her doctoral research centred on superplasticisers' impact on fly ash-based geopolymer, while her master's thesis focused on polycarboxylate superplasticisers' synthesis and properties. As a Postdoctoral Fellow at Shenzhen University, she explored geopolymer concrete performance and failure mechanisms at high temperatures, contributing to various projects including concrete tester development, urban underground space structure enhancement, and solid waste cement utilization. In her role as a Development Engineer at Shenzhen Qixin Corporation, she was instrumental in eco-friendly adhesive development. Dr. Wang boasts extensive research experience across organic and analytical chemistry, water treatment, material characterization, and civil engineering laboratories. Proficient in diverse experimental instruments, chemical analyses and characterization, and sustainable cement material development and application.
