Mr. Mengwei Chen is a Beijing-based staff journalist with China Daily, the country's first and only official national English newspaper. He holds a Master of Science degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, founded in 1912 by Joseph Pulitzer, the Father of Pulitzer Prize.Mengwei mainly covers the underprivileged groups, including people with disabilities, senior citizens, women, children, as well as those living in poverty, for the National News.He also enjoys years of experience writing features on extraordinary lives and political stories on China's central government and foreign affairs.
