• Directing and overseeing the Accounts Payables functions, which include invoice/expense management, reconciliation, error prevention, vendor management, and database integrity/accuracy.• Developing, monitoring, and enforcing polices, practices, and procedures related to all aspects of Accounts Payable and controls that affect AP processes.• Maintain end to end responsibility for key Corporate AP processes and work with internal teams/stakeholders to understand and improve accounts payable systems and processes.• Performing end to end activities for intercompany accounts payable like invoice accounting, payment, collection and monthly intercompany reconciliation and mismatch solutions.• Involved in Yearly Budget preparation as per the operation and breaking down further quarterly and monthly in order to track the expense are met as per the budget.• Ensure vendor invoices and employee expense reports are processed timely and accurately.• Ensure compliance with TDS & GST during invoice processing.• Direct responsibility for the monthly accounts close process, working closely with accounting team and business finance to ensure the validity of the financials.• Month end closure, reconciliations, and submission of reports like vendor Ageing with remarks, Cash flow analysis, GRIR report, Open PO report, Open Accruals report, Oracle sub ledger to ledger reconciliation, Month on Month expense variance analysis report, Cost center wise expense reporting, •Vendor Management, Interactions with vendors for quarterly reconciliation, grievance addressed and making sure payments are processed on time to vendors based on credit terms and compliances.• Handling Internal audit, statutory audit and providing P&L expenses rationalizations and BS Schedules and resolving queries raised by auditors to smooth close of audit on time.

• End to End Accounts payable activity including invoice accounting, payments processing, interaction with internal stakeholders and vendors and month on month reconciliation of major vendors.• Handling of Subsidiary Company accounting activities & Intercompany reconciliation.• Fixed asset accounting and monitoring cwip on periodic basis.• Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording of fixed assets.• Periodic capitalization, comptonization of assets and Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.• Track the completion of project costs into fixed asset, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed and maintain FAR register month on month basis matching with books. • Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets and Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets.• Monthly closing activities including invoice accounting closure, expense accrual accounting, and amortization of expenses.• Preparation of monthly prepaid/amortization schedule matching with Trial Balance.• Month on month expense movement analysis with clarification.• Monthly payroll accounting and reconciliation of payroll GL with HR data.• Preparation of expense schedules, vendor reconciliation, Balance sheet item reconciliation.• Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets and expenses and assist the auditors in their inquiries.• Handled Accounts receivable end to end for subsidiary company which includes AR billing, maintaining collection tracker, monitoring receivable status of customer and monitoring of credit period and providing report to the managements.
