As the Host and Technical Lead for the JOLT Podcast, I was responsible for managing both content and technical production, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our listeners. I launched two episodes featuring insightful guests:Karthik Puvvada: Discussed his entrepreneurial journey and spiritual experiences, providing a unique perspective on balancing business success with personal growth.Karthik Reddy: Focused on entrepreneurship and the importance of nurturing young minds, offering valuable insights into inspiring the next generation of innovators and leaders.My role involved coordinating interviews, preparing engaging questions, overseeing audio and video quality, editing the episodes, and promoting them to reach a wider audience. This experience enhanced my skills in content creation, technical production, and audience engagement.

Being recruited as a graphic designer, I've grown to handling public relations in E-Cell BVRIT.Responsibilities: Bringing visibility and finding the right audience for the events.Brainstorming creative Ideas in support of the clubs vision.Collaborating with other members of E-Cell to ensure a clear communication and workflow between the team.Events: E-Talks: A full day session where two guest speakers, Ms. Tejaswini Kidambi and Mr. Nehal Sarangkar, from the establishment T-Works interacted with the students. Teaching them about prototyping and startup management. Failathon: A 24-hour Hackathon where teams learned to give pitches, build Business Canvas Models, and advertise their product or service.
