Chenning is now working as an officer in the International Cooperation & Exchange Office in Changsha University. She worked in the local government in Changsha for more than four years during which she was appointed to work in Kagoshima City Hall, Japan as a Coordinatior for International Relations. She is good at both English and Japanese as foreign language with experiences of staying in UK and Japan for around one year respectively. She is interested in social development and environment protection, which made her take the postgraduate programme of Social Development Practice in University College London.
