--> Adapted the TRACE HB (developed by DLR institute) to the Siemens Energy AB computational environment.--> Validated TRACE HB Aerodynamic damping predictions against in-house solver by comparing Tip Timing measured total damping, alternating stresses with TRACE HB Forced Response estimated stresses.--> Performed detailed studies on the influence of pressure ratio, additional harmonics, modeling of multiple up/downstream stages with the same number of vanes, and vane clocking effects in the latter case.

I worked on the project titled "Air-blast injector development for the next-generation engine," which involved two-phase CFD analysis of the air-fuel mixture during the primary atomization of the fuel jet coming out of the fuel injector and investigation of the spray pattern funded by the Defense Research Organisation of India.

My responsibilities were to ensure compliance to procedures and best practices, execute Mechanical Maintenance tasks with quality, prepare, analyze and spend mechanical maintenance budget, contractor and inventory management, ensure improvement in the availability of equipment and knowledge management activities for self & subordinates.

It was my first exposure to a thermal power plant, where I had experienced how the plant handles Supercritical boilers, High-pressure gas turbines. I had worked on a project titled "Design and CFD Analysis of Pressure Sealed Gate Valve" and found out the reason behind the repeated valve failure.

Worked on analyzing several activities on how a carriage overhauling and maintenance activities occur in different aspects like painting, spring integrity, wheelbase and bearing integrity in the carriage repair workshop. Finally documented all the analysis report and kept it for further use.
