- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing short- to medium-term business plans that align with market trends, product requirements, and technology advancements. - Manage coordination with current and potential customers, R&D, customer care, finance, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth operations, successful collections, and product application to drive business growth.- Motivate the team to contribute and achieve the target results in sales revenue and group initiatives especially in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) targets.
