I am currently an aspiring analytics student at Singapore University of Social Sciences pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics w Marketing Minor. My fervor in the analytics field is a continual process from my diploma in business informatics. I am convicted about using digital solutions powered by big data to enhance business performance and quality of life.To understand more about the field, I signed up for a data-related internship role in PSA as an HR System & Solution Assistant, where my supervisor exposed me to her role as a project manager. Since then, I have found a new passion in data-related project managing as I enjoy communicating with people and team building, as seen through my leadership position in my youth work in overseeing 11 students’ leaders in Hope Church to develop skills and character programs for 80 students.For more learning and exposure, I applied for a data analyst internship that comes with a project managing sub role in a retail data analytics start-up known as Aimazing. I learned a lot about project management’s skills and together with my data-related technical skills in both Python, SQL and Regex, I am proud to have helped restaurants such as Dian Xiao Er & Morganfield establish a data-driven loyalty program.After my venture into the massive retail data world, I am now very keen to explore and contribute my skills into building analytical solutions for the finance and marketing sectors. Irregardless I am always ready to be hit up with a data-driven adventure!
