When I was 14, I came to the United States alone to pursue my studies. I attended a private boarding high school in Cleveland, Ohio, Andrews Osborne Academy. In the process, I learned a lot of Cross-cultural knowledge about both countries. My experience as a high school tennis captain taught me a lot about communication and leadership skills with different people, both within the team and with coaches and players from other schools. During the summer of my 10th-grade year in high school, I took AP Computer Science. This class sparked my interest in data analysis and computer programming, and it was an enlightening experience that led me to choose this major. Out of the many schools I was accepted to after graduating high school, I decided on Rutgers University, which has a solid business school. During the Epidemic Quarantine, I chose to learn Microsoft Office to achieve my goal of becoming a Microsoft Office Specialist. I also learned Cantonese, and now I can speak basic Cantonese. I interned at Jiangsu Zhongnan Construction Group Co. in China in the summer of my first year in college. During my internship, I worked with ten colleagues to assist the leaders in data collection and analysis from the second quarter to the third quarter of 2021. I used Excel and created online questionnaires to help complete the data integration.
