Work in Total Rewards CoE team and be actively provide compensation & benefits analytical support within Asia Pacific (12 countries, 18,000+ employees).The main job scope is summarized as follows:1. Provide analytical support to the Total Rewards CoE based on good knowledge of Compensation & Benefits related topics, such as internal and external equity, labor cost and job pricing, pay trends analysis and compensation recommendations on salary packages.2. Analyze market trends to ensure competitiveness of Compensation and Benefits programs.3. Provide in-depth analytical services and be actively involved in annual compensation processes, including annual & off-cycle salary planning, short-term incentives plans launching & closing, global salary survey management, etc.4. Conduct job grading responding to the evolution of the business and the organization changes.5. Support with Talent Acquisition CoE & HRBPs on compensation decisions to ensure alignment with policies and business objectives.6. Support C&B training activities to spread & build compensation management skills.7. Contribute to ad-hoc C&B projects when assigned.

Labor Contract Renewal;6. Employee data managemen & HR system maintainance;7. Personal file management;8. Employee's probation tracking & management;9. Provide other HR service when necessary.
