As the head of the "Wisdom tree" Initiative I was in charge of the biggest and main content management platform of the Air Force who served 30,000+ users.The platform included web archive for each and every document who was created in the Air Force (squadrons & head offices).I've created a content management standartization for different processes.My fields of responsibility were:Review of SharePoint technologies (OOTB Features, .NET development solutions, Microsoft SharePoint labs, etc.), Review of users' requirements (Pilots, Economists, Engineers, etc.), Implement a "Site Template" per organizational process in order to create a constant view of the Information and Knowledge and for better Data retrieval and taylor made it according to the users necessities, Guide and teach the users about the site's features and maintenance, Manage a "Help Desk" which offers an on-line technological help for the users.
